We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your POPFLEX® gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into the original packaging or a secure mailer, including the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
